Clutter putter day continues. Now that the pieces of so many histories, all gathered there, together, well, some of it gets to flow into the great river of antiquity. Other to the great recycling bin. Some other still, well it gets to stay because, well, because it is cool.

There is a certain pattern to this. Sort of like easing into a new job, a new room, a new year... A predictable and delightful pattern. No struggle. Just the ease of letting the clutter putter flow.
A sip of coffee stirs memories of another morning not that long ago when, as the coffee, hot and steamy, sharp with the bite of 'wake up' eased down...
The yesterday that was not that long ago, it was a day of setting out in a new direction. The companions of a journey, now ended, had packed up and gone home. The silence of the place, soon to be turned over to new owners was a testament to lives well lived and well honored.
From the morning sun place, the rush of the river, not far distant was a balm.
Back now, to this morning, this dawn, this day of easing. Thurman asks two questions: Where am I going and Who is going with me. This day, the going for 'I' is decided. The bags are packed and all is in ready expectancy. The 'Who' with is not clear.
And, in the proper order of this day and all traveling, that will emerge. The 'Who is going with me."
It is the nature of the balm of a day, filled with gratitude for the path thus far, the traveling companions all along the way. The clarity of path this day. It is that of welcome gratitude. Makes me smile to think.
